Q: What content is provided with a 2007 Combined or E-Access institutional subscription?
A: Access will be provided to the current volume and will include free access to back issues of the transition report starting from 1999. Access will be available as long as the organisation has paid the appropriate subscription rate.
Q: If I decide to terminate my Combined or E-Access subscription, will I still have access to the volume(s) I subscribed to?
A: Should you decide to cancel your institutional subscription you will only maintain electronic access to the volume(s) for which you purchased a subscription to e.g. current year. The back issues, supplied with the subscription, will no longer be available once it is terminated. If you would like to access them again you will have to renew your subscription.
Q: Is VAT inclusive in the price?
A: All subscriptions with ship-to-addresses in the EU may be subject to European VAT. For institutional customers please supply your VAT registration number to avoid unnecessary charges or your VAT ineligibility certificate if appropriate.
There is no VAT chargeable on printed products so your subscription will be subject to VAT calculated on the basis of the proportion of the total cost accounted for by the online product. In this case a joint online and print subscription will be subject to a VAT rate of 7.43%.

A: Yes, you can enter a personal subscription, and have access via a user name and password.

Q: What is the procedure for beginning a subscription mid-year?
A: Our standard policy is for subscriptions to run on a rolling year basis and your access will simply run through to the end of the 12 month period.
Q: If I wish to change my subscription mid-year (e.g. from print only to combined), how should I go about doing this?
A: You should simply contact your subscription agent or TSO
Q: Can I get Transition Report articles on pay-per-view
A: Yes, a pay-per-view service is offered. An individual user can purchase access to a particular article if they do not subscribe. You may use your credit card to do this and get immediate access.
